MY FAMILY THINKS I’M A MASTER CHEF–KRAFT CHEESE
Life in our kitchen has been a little more interesting lately. It’s not that I’ve ever been a bad cook, I probably just lacked a little imagination. But lately my meal making has been experiencing somewhat of a renaissance. Instead of my regular mac and cheese, last Monday I made Four Cheese Macaroni. My plain baked fish has now become Parmesan-Herb Crusted Salmon. For starters we’ll now have…well, we never had starters before, but now I’ll make something like Chipotle Cheddar-Chicken Dip.
I haven’t been using the Julia Child iPhone app, nor have become a devotee of the Jamie Oliver YouTube channel. Of course, I’ve always been a fan of the Swedish Chef, but not even he can claim responsibility for my transformation. A few months ago I discovered Kraft Fresh Take, and our meals haven’t been the same ever since.
One thing led to another, and before long I found myself not only being an unofficial cheerleader for this product, but I am now an Official Spokesperson for Kraft Cheese. Nice, right?
KRAFT CHEESE AT DAD 2.0 SUMMIT
Earlier this month I attended the 2nd Annual Dad 2.0 Summit in Houston on behalf of Kraft where I rubbed shoulders with dads from around the country. So, what does one do at a dad conference? Well, among other things we talked about parenting, ate great food, and learned how to fight with swords (really). I’ll talk about the swords in a later post, but for now check out some of the amazing food made with Kraft cheese.
